Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from receiving your order to ship your item(s) back. Your item(s) must be unworn, in original condition, and have tags attached in order to be eligible for a return.
We are not responsible for any shipping fees for returns and do not offer exchanges as our inventory goes quickly. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable shipments so we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
To complete your return, please email us at contact@soulsecretthreads.com with the subject line “Return” and please include your name, order #, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for returning.
Once we confirm your item(s) are eligible for a return, we will send you the return address for you to ship your item(s). On the shipping label or somewhere inside the package, please include the name you used to place the order and order # so we are able to issue the refund, if applicable. If you would prefer store credit, please write a note in the return package and we will send you a code to use for our store. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Each item is inspected for damages before being sent out so we are not responsible for any damages made to items once worn no matter the circumstance.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If your return is denied, you will receive in-store credit with the amount of the return. If you return your item past the 14 day period, no refund in any form will be granted.
Reasons for denial: Your item(s) show signs of wear, damaged item(s), tags have been removed, it’s been longer than 14 days from receiving the item(s).
Late or missing refunds?
If you have still not received a refund 10 days after being notified of your approval, please contact us at contact@soulsecretthreads.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
